Back home, after a quick wash, Naruto flipped open a book on Chakra and reviewed it again.
He wasn't someone who liked reading books originally, but under Aizen's guidance, he gradually came to understand the importance of knowledge.
Besides martial strength, wisdom was also a part that couldn't be ignored.
He once heard Aizen say: "A weapon's sharpness is certainly important, but without a mind, that sharpness can end up hurting yourself instead."
Naruto quietly read for an hour.
For him, that hour wasn't just review time—it was also a chance to calm his mind and reflect on everything he'd done.
With the experiences of the past few days, he'd roughly figured out the conspiracy happening around him.
What gave him the biggest headache now was the Nine-Tails.
Naruto put down the book, sighed, and smoothly formed hand seals.
"Clone Technique."
Smoke swirled, and a strangely shaped human appeared before Naruto.
Naruto punched his own clone into oblivion, a perfect smile on his face.
The Nine-Tails was still diligently interfering with his Chakra.
"Since you won't play nice, don't blame me for returning the favor. Let's suffer together."
"Drip." The familiar sound of water dripping in the Sealing Space echoed again. Naruto opened his eyes to a dim view, and a cold curve immediately tugged at his lips.
He brushed off non-existent dust from his clothes and strolled leisurely toward the iron gate.
The moment Naruto entered the Sealing Space, the Nine-Tails sensed it. He smirked disdainfully, closed his eyes, and pretended to sleep.
He wasn't as foolish as those humans thought. These past few years, he'd been lying low, using his red Chakra to steadily erode this Sealing Space.
The effect was minimal, but it was working. Maybe in a few decades, he could completely break free from this cage called Naruto Uzumaki.
But while he interfered, Naruto's Chakra control would also drop significantly, leading to imperfect jutsu execution.
That brat Naruto used to scoff at his power, not realizing that without controlling his Chakra, he couldn't even become a ninja.
Let's see how you beg me, little brat.
The Nine-Tails couldn't hide his smugness inside.
"Thud." Naruto's footsteps stopped before the iron gate.
"Stop pretending. I know you're awake." Naruto's gentle voice reached the Nine-Tails' ears.
The Nine-Tails didn't answer. He scratched his cheek with a claw and muttered to himself: "Where's that mosquito coming from? Strange."
"Oh, what's that Naruto Uzumaki brat up to? This old man had a nap—is my Chakra still working? Still interfering, huh. That mosquito's annoying. Let's crank up the Chakra a bit."
Red Chakra seeped from the Nine-Tails' body, spreading through the Sealing Space.
Seeing this, Naruto didn't get angry. Instead, a glint of amusement appeared in his eyes.
"Playing this game with me, huh? Interesting."
He'd read many books about the real world of Bleach. He understood that for a prisoner long confined, every day was boring.
Living in a dark Sealing Space, even their mental state could easily collapse. Maybe that was one reason the Nine-Tails was so irritable.
To him, Naruto was nothing more than an outlet for his emotions.
The Nine-Tails, long starved for social interaction, was surely eager to communicate with him in any form.
Naruto sat down on the cold ground and muttered to himself as if unconcerned: "This Sealing Space is so small. You're an animal too—how do you handle eating, drinking, and the rest? Why does it smell? Nine-Tails, did you not bathe? Sorry, I forgot you can't even wash up here."
A prisoner's first trait: inconvenient living.
Hearing this, the Nine-Tails snorted coldly and twitched his nose.
Smell? What smell?
Naruto unhurriedly condensed a grill with Reiatsu, skewered chicken wings, and placed them over the fire.
"Suddenly a bit hungry. Let's have some barbecue."
He sprinkled on cumin and chili powder, even thoughtfully using Reiatsu to form a fan, wafting the aroma toward the iron gate where the Nine-Tails was.
The Nine-Tails' nose twitched wildly, his throat bobbing.
"Over natural charcoal fire, every fiber of the chicken dances, perfectly wrapped in the charcoal's fragrance. The high heat crisps the surface and locks in the juices. One bite, and the aroma bursts—tender, juicy, delicious. So fragrant~~" Naruto kept flipping the chicken wings, the smell drilling relentlessly into the Nine-Tails' nose.
A prisoner's second trait: craving food.
Damn brat.
The Nine-Tails pinched his nose with a claw, saliva flooding his mouth.
Inside the Sealing Space, he didn't need to eat or drink, but he certainly retained memories of savoring delicious food.
Back when he was free, he'd sometimes hunt for wild game in the forest.
This aroma was a hundred times—no, ten thousand times—more tempting than any delicacy he'd tasted before.
"Stupid brat, your skewers stink. Get lost!" the Nine-Tails snarled angrily.
Naruto paid no heed, continuing to repeat the grilling motion.
Prisoners locked away for a long time develop an intense craving for delicious food.
Once that craving is awakened, it becomes utterly unstoppable.
For a prisoner, the most painful thing is to see it but not be able to eat it.
"You like messing with my Chakra control, don't you? I'll make you experience a fate worse than death." Naruto elegantly turned the skewers, thinking viciously.
"A pair of grilled wings, double the happiness."
"Something this tasty should be shared." He muttered loudly.
"Hmph, you little brat, you think this lord would enjoy such low-grade food? Let me tell you, this lord has tasted far too many delicacies—your little trinkets are nothing but garbage to me."
"I know, that's why I'm eating it for myself. A lofty beast like you naturally has its own kind of fine cuisine to enjoy—why would you stoop to care about mortal food?" Naruto blew on the skewer and, under the Nine-Tails' glare as if his pupils were about to crack, shoved it into his mouth.
As he ate, he commented, "Not bad, flavor-wise."
"Gulp." Naruto seemed to hear the sound of some creature swallowing saliva, and his perfectly elegant smile nearly cracked as he fought back a wicked laugh.
But Naruto knew that mere torment of the palate wasn't enough.
He had to break the Nine-Tails completely, body and soul.
So he used Reiatsu to create a computer inside the iron door.
"Farewell, Nine-Tails. I hope you'll behave better next time we meet."
Just before leaving, as if remembering something, he turned back and added:
"Oh, by the way, isn't the Three Body Technique a basic ninjutsu? Why is it so hard to learn?" With that, he flashed a meaningful smile and vanished from the Sealing Space.
"What trick is that little brat playing?" After Naruto left, the Nine-Tails turned around and muttered, his gaze drawn to the strange machine.
A square object, similar to a TV, with something like a mouse beside it, along with a rectangular plate and a cylindrical shape.
"What are all these?" The Nine-Tails curiously leaned in, his claws poking randomly.
He didn't know what he hit, but the square object suddenly lit up, displaying the word "Windows."
