Ch. 1703Teleportation

Bai Yujun used a Teleportation Array to remove the Phoenix Clan, Western Teachings experts, and Ancient Desolate Beasts from the Capital of Liu Kingdom without moving its billions of residents. The Black Corpse’s corruption spread through the surrounding lands, but a formation in the star signs halted it.

  • Bai Yujun ordered four gods to attack the Capital of Liu Kingdom with their swords while San Hui and the monk waited in the temple’s rear courtyard.
  • The four gods’ attack created a world that restrained their enemies as Bai Yujun activated a Teleportation Array.
  • Bai Yujun teleported the Phoenix Clan and Western Teachings experts away, followed by the Ancient Desolate Beasts, while the Black Corpse’s statue and several others remained behind.
  • Bai Yujun sent her four subordinate war generals through the array, then shattered the formation and left those teleported away unable to return for some time.
  • San Hui ordered the Black Corpse’s corruption to spread, but the star signs formed a formation that stopped the black blood vessels from advancing.

Ch. 1704Digging Up Land

Bai Yujun used the Black and White Energies to uproot a vast tract of the Zhanglin Great World, including the capital, to remove the Black Water corruption. The land kept rising as cultivators and mortals reacted in panic, while the Phoenix clan member and the monk remained trapped and the black roots beneath the landmass struggled against her spell.

  • After learning that no sun had been found within Sky Pillar Mountain, the Phoenix clan member and the monk tried to flee but became trapped in the Black and White Energies.
  • The Phoenix clan member and the monk returned to the temple as the energies covered the Imperial Capital and nearby garrison cities, and they saw the statue battle against the spell through its golden light and black roots.
  • Bai Yujun used the celestial phenomena's energy core and her dragon energy to dismantle the Zhanglin Great World's Spiritual Energy and lift a vast tract of land from the earth.
  • Cultivators gathered and saw the capital, towns, villages, and farmland rising inside an enormous sphere of Black and White Energies, while mortals panicked below and on the floating land.
  • Cultivators discovered dense black roots beneath the rising landmass, and the Phoenix clan member and the monk abandoned their escape attempt to strengthen their defenses.
  • The rising land collided with the clouds, which flowed across the capital and spilled over its edges like white waterfalls.

Ch. 1705Land Ascending into the Sky

  • The old Daoist gathered cultivators in the capital and activated protective formations for the city’s mortals, excluding the temple.

Ch. 1706Dao Competition

Bai Yujun destroyed the temple and confronted the Black Corpse’s scheme to sacrifice the Zhanglin Great World, but San Hui’s hatred was exploited to trigger a mass sacrifice. As black water engulfed the land, two false saints attacked Bai Yujun, beginning a clash of Great Dao Rules.

  • Bai Yujun’s dragon might burned the temple away and exposed the Black Corpse, which had rebuilt its skeleton using faith, mental force, and incense offerings.
  • Bai Yujun recognized that the Black Corpse planned to use a sacrificial art to kill her by sacrificing the world, and she taunted it while waiting for it to act.
  • The Black Corpse magnified San Hui’s hatred, and he charged into the black water and merged with it, causing more than a hundred million linked fanatics to die as their blood and souls were drained.
  • Black water burst across the land as the old Daoist watched the dead and failed to save them, while the survivors were left amid widespread devastation.
  • An old man and a young man outside the Black and White Energies attacked Bai Yujun with their Great Dao wills, and she identified them as two false saints and resisted their Dao Competition.

Ch. 1708Separation

Feng Ying and Rain fought off the pursuers at the entrance to Sky Pillar Mountain, but the Extreme Yin Cold Qi and their limited protection made it impossible for them to continue together. Rain stayed behind to hold the line while Feng Ying entered the crevice alone, leaving Rain to prepare for a final stand.

  • Feng Ying summoned the White Dragon Immortal Armor to withstand the Extreme Yin Cold Qi while she and Rain fought the soldiers climbing toward the cave.
  • A second earthquake and avalanche drove Feng Ying and Rain back to the entrance, where Rain told Feng Ying to continue alone and promised to hold off the pursuers.
  • Feng Ying tried to remove the armor and take Rain’s place, but Rain stopped her and urged her to reach the divine dragon and end the war.
  • Rain shoved Feng Ying into the crevice as the mechanical crossbow fired at approaching attackers, and Feng Ying ran onward after promising to return.
  • Rain assembled automatic weapons, set up defenses and traps, then took a bow and began firing at the attackers.

  • Bai Yujun used her Great Dao and True Sun Flame to badly injure her enemies, killing a monk tainted by Black Corpse's aura.
  • Feng Ying found Rain near Sky Pillar Mountain and told her she had been transformed from one of a Divine Dragon's scales.
