Chapter Summaries

After the Third Hokage's death, Orochimaru persuaded Jiraiya to support Konoha's war against the villages that had attacked it and sent him to lead the Sunagakure front with Shisui Uchiha. As preparations began, Sasuke complained that his father had kept him from the battlefield, while Itachi reassured him that his newly awakened Mangekyō Sharingan could help him protect himself.
