Neville's problem with Accio mainly lay in two areas: accuracy and duration.

"Take a sip and try again." Vincent handed him a bottle of Brain-Boosting Potion.
When Neville drank it and used Accio again, he actually managed to summon something more accurate than before.
The school uniform was from Hogwarts, though it was a little too small;
the shoes were his, but they were the one he had lost last month;
the textbook had at least been used before, but the name written on it was abbreviated as V.A.W.
Neville awkwardly handed the textbook to Vincent. "Sorry, maybe it's because I often borrow your class notes."
"It's fine." Vincent's eye twitched.
His full name was Vincent Edward Wayne.
The abbreviation V.A.W. looked fine in the normal order, but read backward, it became rather hard to describe.
"I can basically confirm that it's because of your memory."
"I've been like this since I was little." Neville lowered his small head in sorrow. "Actually, I learn things quickly, but I forget them even faster every time."
If it was innate, then it really would be difficult to solve.
Vincent patted his shoulder reassuringly. "It's okay. At worst, you can learn martial arts from me in the future.
The body can actually remember things much longer than the brain can."
"Really?"
"Your reactions when dodging jinxes this afternoon were very quick. It had practically become instinct."
Hope rekindled on Neville's dejected little face.
Who said a wizard's strength had to be determined by magical ability?
Throw out a Flash Spell, then rush in and grapple and pummel them. It was much simpler than aiming while chanting spells.
"Then what should I start with?"
"Getting hit."
"Uh... okay."
It would be tough, but Neville remained quite optimistic.
