Are you sure he's going there to watch, not to compete?"
"You mean he might race himself?" Pepper asked in surprise. "No way, right?"
"I'm not sure," Aaron said ambiguously. The vision he had seen through Divination was of a whip splitting Tony Stark's race car in half on the track.
But he couldn't tell Pepper that. Otherwise, she might be able to stop him. Still, it was better to let the result of Divination take its natural course. Interfering might lead to something even worse.
"How is his research on the new element going?"
"There doesn't seem to be much progress. You've been supplying him with potions these past few months, but he's using them faster and faster. And he's started drinking that... chlorophyll juice again."
