"What are you planning to do?" Nick Fury asked.
With a flip of his hand, Aaron produced a large glass bottle.
"Gentlemen, allow me to formally introduce Truth Serum.
As the name suggests, it makes people tell the truth, whether they want to or not."
Nick Fury's face twitched slightly.

"Aaron, S.H.I.E.L.D. has similar drugs," Coulson said with a strained smile. "But agents with professional training can resist the effects through sheer willpower, so... it isn't particularly reliable."
"Can your truth serum compare to mine?" Aaron retorted irritably. "I spent an entire lunar cycle brewing this. No human can withstand it."
Nick Fury's eyes lit up. "You're sure no one can resist it?"
"Of course. Just one drop will make someone reveal the secrets buried in their heart."
Nick Fury nodded thoughtfully. "But S.H.I.E.L.D. has so many agents... I'm afraid one bottle won't be enough."
"Sitwell," Aaron said succinctly. "He doesn't look like the tough type.
Put a drop of Truth Serum in his drinking water and make him reveal every Hydra operative he recruited. Then..."
"I understand." Nick Fury suddenly realized.
Start from a point, expand it into a line, then from a line into a whole network. By that calculation, one bottle of Truth Serum would barely be enough.
Even if they could not purge every last Hydra agent, they could keep them from causing any serious trouble. After that, they could slowly deal with the rest.
