As the golden liquid went down Bella's throat, she seemed to feel something. A wave of drowsiness suddenly washed over her.
"I'm a little sleepy."
"Sleep," Carlisle comforted her with a smile. "You'll feel better after some rest."
Bella slowly closed her eyes, and before long, her breathing became steady.
Carlisle carefully checked Bella's pulse. "Her pulse is steady. It seems Bella and the baby have both fallen asleep."
Aaron nodded slightly. Just as he was about to say something, he frowned and took the Book of Prophecy from his Spatial Ring.
"Master, there's a new prophecy."
"Let's hope it isn't bad news." Aaron sighed and opened the Book of Prophecy.
Bella Swan and Edward Cullen's daughter would be born tomorrow morning. The werewolf Jacob would be imprinted on by this half-vampire, half-human baby girl.
Aaron blinked blankly, unable to make sense of it.
He understood the first half, but the latter half was rather thought-provoking.
"What prophecy is it?" Carlisle asked. Edward happened to walk over at that moment as well.
"Uh... see for yourselves." Aaron opened the Book of Prophecy and held the prophecy out for the two of them to see.
A few seconds later, Carlisle and Edward looked at each other.
"How could this happen?" Edward's mouth twitched as he said incredulously, "Prophecies aren't one hundred percent accurate, right?"
"Uh... that's true.
But a prophecy's accuracy is like the 99.9 percent written on a hospital paternity test. You could say it's practically one hundred percent." Aaron patiently explained, though one of them looked caught between laughter and tears while the other was at a complete loss, leaving him thoroughly baffled. "Is there something wrong with this prophecy?"
"You may not know what it means for a werewolf to imprint," Carlisle said solemnly. "Once they imprint, it
