Pietro and Wanda watched the footage on a roadside television: Steve battling Ultron fiercely, and the Quinjet tangled in combat with two Iron Soldiers high in the air. A strange sense of guilt spread through their hearts.
The siblings exchanged a glance, as though they had reached some decision.
Ultron was hurled away by Steve and crashed through a roadside pillar.
Recovering, Ultron immediately lunged at Steve, grabbed him, and slammed him into a moving tram.
Steve immediately raised his shield and fought Ultron inside the tram. However, the cramped space left Steve unable to move freely, while Ultron's pulse attacks became far more accurate. On top of that, the hostages all around him left him unable to act without restraint, and he quickly fell into a disadvantage.
At the same time, the two Iron Soldiers pursuing the Quinjet abruptly braked and turned around, flying toward the laboratory truck below.
"They're heading back to you, Natasha.
Whatever you're doing, hurry up."
"I'm going in, Captain." Natasha looked at the truck compartment drawing closer. "Can you distract him?"
"What do you think I'm doing right now?" Steve's labored voice came through the earpiece.
As she approached the truck compartment, Natasha jumped onto her motorcycle, then sprang forward and flipped into the compartment.
She looked at the body inside the Regeneration Cradle, the eighty-six percent displayed on the screen, and the words indicating that the data transfer had been interrupted. She immediately tried to delete the data Ultron had uploaded, and, unsurprisingly, failed.
The two Iron Soldiers flew back. Gripping the underside of the compartment, they activated their propulsion systems at full power. Blue flames burst from their legs as they detached
