Hearing Jane, Hela, and Aaron, Fitz felt a whirl of emotions—relief, heartache, helplessness, and more—all tangled together and making his heart race.
"Tell me how to find her. I want to bring her back."
"Buddy, I'm a Seer, not a wish-granting machine." Aaron quipped. "Simmons will keep trying, and you'll keep researching. Sooner or later, you'll find a way. If all else fails, find a spaceship and search the universe slowly. Consider this painting a clue from me."
"What kind of consolation is that?" Wanda rolled her eyes at him. She wanted to offer some comforting words, but when she opened her mouth, she had no idea what to say.
"Then tell me where that stone came from." Fitz sharply caught onto something. "It was unearthed nearly a hundred years ago, on Earth, and Hydra was looking for it too."
"I don't care about any of that." Aaron said matter-of-factly. "A hundred thousand dollars only gets you this oil painting."
"What about another hundred thousand?" Coulson and Skye said as they walked in.
"In that case, I can give you a few clues." Aaron looked meaningfully at Skye. "But this clue might not be very friendly to you."
"What does it have to do with me?" Skye asked, confused.
"A great deal. If you're sure you want me to say it..."
"I'm sure. There's nothing to hesitate over." Skye immediately replied. "We all want to save Simmons."
"Fine!" Aaron spread his hands. "The monolith was left behind by the Kree. It was something meant to destroy the Inhumans."
Skye:...
"That really isn't friendly at all!"
"How did you know that?" Coulson asked.
"That's confidential. I've given you the clue. Maybe you can ask Skye's mother. She might know how to use the monolith to open a passage to another world."
