Chapter Summaries

Nagato planned to unite the remaining ninja villages against the Saudi Federation and Konoha, while Konan worried that the Rain Country’s civilians would oppose him. At the same time, Pakura prepared to invade the Land of Water, and Tsunade returned to Konoha and asked Yakushi Kabuto if he wanted to become Hokage.

• Kisame told the Akatsuki members that the Saudi Federation had captured three Kage and that Konoha’s Hokage had defected, prompting Deva Path Pain to plan an alliance with the remaining ninja villages.
