Back in reality, Sno recalled Klein's various performances in The Tarot Club and compared them with his reactions in the original work, letting out a slight sigh of relief.
Although Mr. Fool had not displayed much emotion under the power of the Clown Potion and the concealment of the Gray Fog, comparison with the original work gave Sno a clear understanding of Klein's current mental state.
"It's much better than in the original. This should be the effect of the groundwork laid by those diaries I wrote before, but Chernobyl will still hit him later... Looks like Benson and Melissa are still necessary... Once K comes back, I'll find a way to arrange for him to visit his siblings. Unlike Benson, who only dabbled in it, Melissa is quite talented in the All-Knowing Pathway."
With that in mind, Sno took out The Story Written for Someone and began devising a relatively reasonable story outline.
He always felt that if this continued, the pen would have to be renamed The Story Written for Klein.
But there was nothing he could do about it. Those of low status were unworthy of being arranged, while those of high status could not be arranged. And among those with high status who were easy to arrange, wasn't Klein the only one left?
However, just as he picked up the parchment and prepared to begin writing, the atmosphere in the room suddenly darkened. A letter drifted down before him. Raising his head slightly, he saw Dodo darting wildly around the ceiling at high speed, its afterimages almost forming a gray halo.
"You should go first. I'll call you if I need anything." Seeing Dodo like this, Sno's lips curled slightly. Upon hearing him, Dodo immediately let out two soft "dodo" cries before vanishing from Sno's sight.
