Tingen City was merely a small third-rate city. Before his transmigration, it probably would not even have counted as a third-tier one. Its only advantage was its considerable number of institutions of higher education, making it something like a university town.

"You should remember that I once said two Secrets Suppliants had planted a seed in Tingen City. After investigating, I discovered that it pointed to a Con Sorter named Lanevus. Following a simple investigation, I decided to reveal his existence to an outer member of the Secret Master Association. Although the Secret Master Association and the Aurora Society do not have a direct hostile relationship, considering the arrangements they may have in Tingen, they certainly would not want an evil god to descend here. Besides, the Secret Master Association itself is indeed skilled at finding people."
But the person you found wasn't a member of the Secret Master Association! Klein ranted frantically inwardly, yet on the surface, he still put on the expression of someone listening to a mystery story. His index finger lightly tapped the table as he asked with interest:

"Mr. Fool, your insight is indeed remarkable. In truth, I discovered that everything happening in Tingen City was premeditated. A High Sequence Beyonder of the Spectator pathway, or a Beyonder possessing a High Sequence Extraordinary Item of the Spectator pathway, planned all of this. The so-called Evil God Progeny is merely a pawn he 'created' to achieve his goal. The reason I tried to drag the Secret Master Association into this was also to muddy the waters. After all, as you know, Seers are among those most likely to attract a Spectator's attention."
The mastermind behind Tingen City is a Spectator? Seers are the most likely to draw a Spectator's attention? But Mr. Devil, the Seer you dragged into this is the Mr. Fool you so respect!
