"For now, the portal will only be ours. Unless I find another method, people from other villages won't be able to use it."
That put Chisato at ease.
She had been afraid that people from other villages would come flooding in. If that happened, Konoha would be thrown into chaos.
"Mm, as long as you know your limits. Communication between two villages already takes a great deal of effort. We can't let people from other countries use the portal to travel to another world as well."
Torikaze rubbed Chisato's head. "I know. It's hard on you, worrying about these matters too."

Four days later, Fourth Kazekage Rōsha and his group arrived in Konoha.
