Jiraiya fell silent for a long while before finally sighing. "What a pity about Yahiko. I thought very highly of him, and I truly regarded all of you as my disciples."
Though he had only taught them for three years and had not seen them in a long time, the bond between master and disciples would not fade with the passage of time.
The more Jiraiya spoke like that, the more guilty Nagato felt. He had learned ninjutsu from Jiraiya, yet instead of using it for the right purpose, he had been deceived by wicked people.
