"Those are the children's parents, waiting backstage. If they were out front, they'd put invisible pressure on their children."

After gaining a detailed understanding, Liusha planned to try it himself when he returned.

Not every village was as well-developed as Konoha.
Although Sunagakure and Iwagakure were doing fairly well too, they were still focused on building their strength and infrastructure.

That was unacceptable for their two nations.
But Konoha had no such concerns. It was so well-developed and so wealthy.
