Kakashi and the others lay in the rooms Tomohiro had arranged for them, still savoring the experience.

"Pretty nice, right? The rooms are clean and tidy, without a speck of mess. We'll rest for the night, then take a look around elsewhere tomorrow."

The four of them were not particularly picky about beds anyway, and the day was already over.

After helping clear away the dishes and chopsticks, the day's affairs were finally wrapped up.

Torikaze then said to his father, "Dad, aren't you curious about how my battle went today? I won so easily against an Ōtsutsuki Clan member at the Six Paths Level without even getting hurt."

Windcloud Mountain had no idea whether Torikaze was truly bragging or simply full of hot air after coming back. Either way, he felt like he could barely stay in this room any longer.

"I believe you. Your strength has allowed Konoha to stand tall, so naturally, you are one of Konoha's greatest Hokage."

"So I'm not worried about that."

Torikaze burst out laughing. "Yeah, I was prepared for a huge battle, but I ended up winning with ease. Looks like my strength has improved quite a bit."

Torikaze exchanged a few casual jokes with his father, while Windcloud Mountain looked at his son with some exasperation.

"You'd better not let your guard down too much. You're Konoha's pillar of support. You can't afford to get hurt in battle."

Torikaze readily accepted his father's concern. "I understand, Dad. I only act when I know I have the ability to do so. If I can't win, I won't force myself into battle."

Torikaze valued his life greatly. Everything he did was so that he could retire and take it easy sooner, though that wish had still not come true after all these years.
