He should seek out Orochimaru from Another World and have him carry out this task together with him.

Though he still pursued immortality, he now had other goals and directions.
"Orochimaru? Would he accept my invitation? I don't have any relationship with him at all."
Torikaze shook his head helplessly. "Are you an idiot? What are your subordinates for?"
"My subordinates?" Amado was a little confused, but quickly caught on. "Ah! You mean Orochimaru. You want Orochimaru to contact the other world's Orochimaru—is that it?"
"Exactly. You aren't familiar with the other world's Orochimaru, but he is. Tell Orochimaru about it and have him act as the intermediary."
"Then let's do that. I'll speak to Orochimaru later. It shouldn't be a big deal. Communication between two worlds should be fairly normal, right?"
Torikaze did not respond. He merely took a look around the Lab before preparing to leave.
There had not been much for him to do in the first place; he had only come to observe Amado's experiment.
The experiment had already shown some results, but it still required more rigorous analysis and judgment.
It was only a matter of time. Once it truly succeeded, it could be used on the villagers.
For now, there was still a certain amount of risk, so it could not be used directly.
"I'll head back first, then. Go talk to Orochimaru."
