He finally asked the question he had wanted to ask. If he gained everything only to be abandoned again, then he would rather never have had it at all.
Torikaze felt a little uncomfortable when he heard those words.
He crouched down and looked Taichi in the eyes. "Don't worry. Our family is very wealthy this time. We'll never abandon you. And as the disciple of Konoha's Hokage, you've got quite the status too. No one would dare look down on you."
Taichi did not understand any of that. He only heard that the family was wealthy and that no one would abandon him. That was enough.
"Okay, then let's go home."
Taichi held the old man's hand, though the old man was not actually old. It was simply what he was used to calling him.
But when they returned to the Windcloud Clan, Kushina was somewhat puzzled to see Torikaze bringing back a boy.
"Kushina, this is Minato's disciple. His name is Taichi, and he came from Another World. You'll have to take good care of him from now on."
"Taichi, this is your master's wife. Your master's wife. Hurry and greet her."
Taichi immediately obediently said, "Hello, ma'am! I'm Taichi. Please take care of me from now on."
Kushina was initially a little bewildered, but she quickly understood. This was a disciple Minato's clone had taken in while traveling through Another World.
"Taichi, is it? From now on, I'll be your master's wife."
Kushina rubbed Taichi's head. This was not her first time being a master's wife; she had watched Kakashi and the others grow up as well.
Now that another boy had joined them, things would be even livelier.
"Taichi, go talk with your shishou's wife for now. We'll discuss the rest after your shishou gets home
