As mentioned before, if Upper Three Ranks cultivators wished to shelter lives within their Dao Kingdom Worlds and grant them lifespans equal to their own, they had to pay a price.
This price did not merely mean constantly using Rule Power to sustain their lives, placing pressure upon the essence, qi, and spirit of the true body; it would also affect an Upper Three Ranks cultivator's cultivation and combat.
In particular, Third-Rank Saint Lords, who were also Upper Three Ranks cultivators, placed far greater pressure upon a Second-Rank Dao Master's Dao Kingdom than Middle Third Rank and Lower Three Ranks lives. Thus, under normal circumstances, no Second-Rank Dao Master would readily shelter a Third-Rank Saint Lord.
Even with Song Ankang's extraordinarily abundant essence, qi, and spirit and his vast Dao Kingdom, he could carry at most around ten thousand Third-Rank Saint Lords. One could well imagine how many Third-Rank Saint Lords the Dao Masters of other races could carry; their Dao Kingdoms were nowhere near Song Ankang's.
Take the Heavenly Fire Dao Master, who had fought Song Ankang fiercely before, as an example. Its cultivation had already reached the level of a Tenth-Order Dao Master, yet its Dao Kingdom World could carry at most several hundred Saint Lords.
But how many Saint Lords did the Demon Race have in total? At the very least, several thousand. The Demon Race had only around ten Second-Rank Dao Masters, and not every Dao Master's Dao Kingdom could carry that many Third-Rank Saint Lords.
Therefore, combined, the Second-Rank Dao Masters of the Demon Race could shelter only around three thousand Saint Lords. Most Third-Rank Saint Lords had nowhere to seek shelter.
The Dao Masters of these Super Races could not even shelter all of their own Saint Lords, much less Saint Lords from outside.
