The Soul-Devouring Abyss was a forbidden land of the Netherworld, and also the most dangerous place in the Mad God Universe. Aside from Yan, who knew the story, and the Creator God, who had already vanished, no one knew what kind of terror lay hidden within.

At the edge of the Soul-Devouring Abyss, Yan and Mo Yue continuously circled this forbidden land. In the distance, an envoy sent by the Underworld King kept watch, preventing them from venturing too deeply inside and meeting with an accident.

"Master, what exactly is hidden in there? It looks so terrifying."

Mo Yue carefully flew beside Yan. With her keen senses, she was deeply afraid of the Soul-Devouring Abyss. What she saw was endless darkness and despair, like a stagnant sea without the slightest ripple. Yet that very stillness was what frightened living beings most.

The original work had never made it clear whether this being, which even the Creator God of the Mad God Universe had been unable to deal with, was a native creature or an outsider.
