In the Southern Wastelands of the Eternal Life Realm stood Heavenly Emperor City. It was a majestic, vast ancient city, the most renowned and foremost city of the Southern Wastelands.
There were all sorts of legends surrounding this ancient city. Its very name, "Heavenly Emperor City," showed its connection to the legendary Heavenly Emperor, shrouding it in a veil of mystery.
