The warehouses at the Sun Island Bay docks were piled high with vast quantities of military supplies shipped from Padesto City.

The dried fish originally stockpiled in the drying yards of Sun Island Bay was now supplied directly to the Highland Slavers on the Pagisto Plateau. These Highland Slavers usually ate nothing but wild vegetables and beast meat on the plateau; how could they have ever tasted salty little dried fish? Paired with dried fruit shipped from Padesto City, they ate with great relish.

The Highland Slaver prisoners of war could not swim. They built Arrow Tower watchposts along the mountain ridges, and as long as a squad of Half-Elves guarded the passages linking the ridges to the inland, they would not be able to escape even if they wanted to.

After leaving the plateau, these Highland Slaver prisoners suffered somewhat from the unfamiliar climate and conditions. However, they were exceptionally robust, and after resting for a few days, they quickly adapted to the hot, humid environment of Sun Island Bay.

A Magic Airship fully loaded with Whaling Ballistas successfully arrived at the Sun Island Bay docks. These Whaling Ballistas would all be mounted on the Arrow Tower watchposts along the outer mountain ridges of Sun Island Bay.

For this round of war preparations, Roy had invested nearly everything the Mine Guard Regiment had accumulated.

Large quantities of supplies were also stockpiled in Plateau City, Padesto City, and Castleton City...

Roy recalled all the Griffon Cavalry from the Pagisto Plateau to Sun Island Bay.

By now, nearly two thousand Griffon Cavalry circled in the skies.

Nine Magic Airships stood in neat rows at the harbor docks. Each airship now had seven Whale Hunting Ballistas installed on its deck: one Whaling Ballista at the bow and three Whale Hunting Ballistas on
