Two weeks had passed since the Taoxiang sisters woke up. Their bodily functions had returned to normal, and they were fully able to move around freely.
Lixiang lay on a machine, wearing a psychic device developed by Long Fei. The device resembled a crown.
Lixiang slept like a little princess, yet she was more awake than anyone. She could feel her body, even her entire consciousness, seemingly merging with the universe. She could sense the workings of the cosmos.
Long Fei sat before the computer equipment, examining the data, while Yue Yangchun and Taoxiang stood beside him watching.
The data showed that Lixiang's psychic perception, spatial perception, and other abilities all rated at least B under the grading standards Long Fei had established.
"That will do."
After Lixiang's test ended, Taoxiang personally removed the psychic crown from her younger sister.
Long Fei discovered that Lixiang's danger sense was rated A, while Taoxiang's was B. It seemed the footage from back then had proven that the younger sister's danger sense was stronger than the older sister's.
Long Fei instructed Yue Yangchun to take Lixiang away first.
"What are your plans from here on?" Long Fei asked Taoxiang.
"If possible, I'd like to take my sister back to the Jupiter Federation and see what has become of our hometown."
"I really can't help you with that at the moment."
"Could Songlai Kingdom send us there? That's where my parents came from."
"Unfortunately, Songlai Kingdom was destroyed over twenty years ago. Its former space colonies have become colonies of the Gas Empire."
Taoxiang was momentarily speechless. She did not know what to do next. Songlai Kingdom was not only her parents' homeland, but also the country where she had been born.
"What about your parents? Could they still be in the Jupiter Federation?"
