On April 25, Cosmic Year 125, the Dion Army gathered all its forces and launched an attack on Location 3.

Lieutenant General Shlaik assembled the forces from the other six locations at Location 3.

Sub-base 12 lay behind Location 3.

Location 3 could not fall, or Sub-base 12 would have to confront the Dion Army head-on.

The United Army did not deploy any forces to Location 3. Years of high-intensity warfare had severely drained every nation in the Colony Sphere, leaving them unable to dispatch additional troops.

More importantly, the nations of the Colony Sphere all harbored their own schemes. Their greatest hope was for the Skywing Mercenary Group and the Dion Army to destroy each other in the coming decisive battle.

Ideally, both sides would be so badly weakened that their foundations would be damaged. Then, those nations could reap the benefits.

War correspondents from every nation also began gathering at Location 3.

From afar, they filmed the Skywing Mercenary Group assembling countless warships: Shieldbreaker Destroyers, Armored Frigates, Rebel MS Carriers, Taurus 2s, Minervas, enlarged Ra Cailums, and more.

They also filmed countless special and elite units of the Skywing Mercenary Group, many of which had come from different sub-bases.
