At the main base's conference, Taoxiang sat in her husband's seat. Besides the commanders of the eight directly subordinate units attending with her,

Mother Rabbit sat beside Taoxiang, attending the meeting alongside the madam.

Li Jiaming, Fikes, the commanders, deputy commanders, chiefs of staff, and others from each sub-base, along with numerous generals and important senior officers, either attended in person or joined through remote network communications.

Several sub-bases had replaced their chief commanders.

As for why the commanders had been replaced, everyone knew the reasons. They had either engaged in corruption, secretly sold important materials, or betrayed confidential documents.

Those former commanders had all simply disappeared.

Other than Li Jiaming and the others, everyone believed that the madam had raised the butcher's knife and cut down those commanders in a single stroke.

Many had never expected the kind-hearted madam to act with such ruthless decisiveness. Many speculated whether her kindness had been an act all along, or whether she had hardened her heart for her husband.
