On October 9, Cosmic Year 126, the leaders of the Earth Sphere nations met with Long Fei through the Oya Cross Nation's diplomatic ambassadors for negotiations.
The terms they reached were largely the same as those of the Oya Cross Nation. Any branch bases established by the Skywing Mercenary Group had to be withdrawn, while other Skywing Group companies could continue investing in their countries.
The territories owned by the Skywing Group in the Earth Sphere would be recognized as territory of the Skywing Empire, and the Skywing Empire would be acknowledged as part of the Earth Sphere.
On October 10, Cosmic Year 126, the nations of the Earth Sphere publicly announced that they recognized the legitimacy of the Skywing Empire, acknowledged it as part of the Earth Sphere, and began establishing diplomatic relations.
The nations of the Earth Sphere also publicly declared that the Skywing Empire would not follow in the footsteps of the Dion Empire.
Within the Skywing Empire's Earth Sphere territories, the former Reink Nation and Longsog Kingdom were completely abolished. All citizens had to replace their identification with Skywing Empire IDs. Those unwilling to do so could leave Skywing Empire territory and immigrate elsewhere.
The former could continue to be governed by the original government personnel, while the latter's government team would likewise continue administering the region, except the royal family was abolished.
