Long Fei explained, "A Gundam does not necessarily have to be an MS; it can also be a Mobile Armor. And even if it exceeds thirty meters, it does not necessarily have to be called a Mobile Armor—it can also be an MS."
Li Jiaming smiled somewhat sheepishly.
Shlaik asked, "Should these two giant Gundams be classified as MSs or Mobile Armors?"
"You can decide that yourselves later. Right now, your priority is not discussing that with me, but reviewing the data on these two giant Gundams. Is there any real value in developing them?"
The two immediately examined the data on the giant Gundams. The Psycho Gundam Mk III possessed the special Psycommu System, confirming that this Mobile Armor—or rather, giant MS—was intended for Newtype pilots.
Although the Destroy Gundam could be piloted by ordinary humans and Coordinators, its fire-control system was extremely complex. Not only would ordinary people find it difficult to operate, but even Coordinators would likely struggle with such a massive Gundam.
Minister Shlaik stroked his chin and said, "The Destroy Gundam can be fitted with special equipment such as the Psycommu System or a Bio-Computer. Both are special devices practically made for Newtypes, especially the former. A Newtype only needs to use their mental brainwaves to control it."
