"Lord Moss, we've been monitoring the Skywing Empire for several days now. It seems they haven't noticed us," a female Otherworlder said to the captain before her.
"Nali, don't let your guard down. Although the Skywing Empire's overall technology is inferior to ours, they possess the ability to develop Space Jump technology that we have yet to master. On top of that, they have acquired Noah technology that is thousands of years more advanced than ours."
"Understood, Captain." Nali continued, "By the way, Captain, can you tell which nation's technology the Skywing Empire's Gundams came from?"
"I can't tell. Perhaps, just as the rumors here say, that emperor developed those super mechs himself. We once studied the OS of their mass-produced units from the Wanluo Federation side. It gave them movements nearly identical to those of humans. An OS is like the brain controlling the systems of our bodies. Plenty of nations still haven't fully mastered this technology." Moss frowned, unable to understand how such a backward fringe civilization had developed such an advanced control system.
"Among the mechs developed by many alien civilizations, even many Tier 3 Civilization nations don't use humanoid designs because they're simply too complicated. The mechs developed by many nations are all bizarrely shaped. Only civilizations of Newtypes might develop Psycho-frames to control humanoid mechs. Yet the Skywing Empire's emperor managed to develop an OS where joystick controls alone could make a mech move like a human."
Moss did not respond. His mind was deep in thought. Having lived for over five hundred years, he had never heard of such a remarkable figure emerging from a backward civilization in a fringe star system.
If he had not experienced it himself, and someone had told him this, he would have pointed at the other person's nose
