"Clang!"
"Who are you!?"
Hearing a stranger's voice out of nowhere, Kakashi froze for a brief second before swiftly drawing a short blade and holding it across his chest, staring warily at the curly-haired man who had appeared at some unknown point.
"Me? Just an Uchiha passing by for a little bit."
Uchiha Gin sized up the silver-haired, outwardly aloof boy before him, both familiar and unfamiliar, and a satisfied smile curved his lazy lips.
It seemed his attempt had succeeded. Using the power of the dragon vein really could let him travel through the timeline.
It was just that—
He lightly rubbed the dim Dragon Pulse Card in his palm. Drawn on it was a Giant Dragon carrying a castle on its back, only its condition did not look very good.
Its limbs lay weakly on the ground, like a stud dog that had been tossed into a bitch pen for an entire night, its stretched-out tongue lolling to one side, looking half-dead.
Stuffing the Dragon Pulse Card, drained as a dog, into his pocket, Uchiha Gin sighed inwardly.
Was the consumption too great?
Perhaps his own capacity was too enormous. Just bringing him to this timeline had nearly wrung the dragon vein dry, and who knew when it would save up enough energy for the next crossing.
On the other side, after hearing Uchiha Gin's self-introduction, Kakashi began to examine the unfamiliar man before him in earnest.
A classic Uchiha blue outfit.
At the collar was the same Ping Pong Paddle as the one on Obito's back.
In terms of appearance, the person before him did indeed possess the basic traits of an Uchiha. But Kakashi frowned and thought back for a long time, yet still could not find anyone corresponding to Uchiha Gin in the known leaf
