Among the realms revealed so far, above the Heavenly Luck Realm is the first-rank Fate Palace Realm.

Fate Palace Realm: Basic requirement: one's spells or martial techniques must reach the perfected pinnacle level, allowing them to affect rules. For example, Divine Wood Leap affects the rules of heaven and earth, enabling one to leap across extremely long distances.

Another example is Feathered Escape within Great Peng Transformation. Once a pinnacle technique is cultivated to major mastery—above the seventh transformation—it gains miraculous properties and can affect the rules of heaven and earth.

Those with exceptional talent can form a rule domain at this realm. Such experts generally condensed first-rank true intent in their Dao bodies or martial bodies from the start.
