The Oath of Vengeance Blades Fleet arrived very early. By the time they docked at Stodd Port on Thousand-Stakes Island, there were still three days before the Moon Tide Feast.
Naturally, they could not simply wait around on the ship.
After the long, exhausting voyage, the crew needed plenty of rest, while the professionals among the core members also needed to prepare for the upcoming feast.
They had plenty to do: gather intelligence, purchase supplies, and even scout the area in advance.
The moment the Oath of Vengeance Blades came to a stop at the pier, Captain Lorraine disembarked with Hain to handle the related chores.
At a place as chaotic and crowded as this, they could not possibly leave the ship entirely unattended.
As usual, the Twin Warriors, Raine and Gordon, were left aboard the Oath of Vengeance Blades.
Compared to before, the Barbarian Aken seemed somewhat dissatisfied, but for the sake of safety, he was left behind as well.
With three veteran Elite Adventurers aboard, even if something unexpected happened, they should be able to hold out until Lorraine and the others heard the commotion and returned.
It was worth mentioning that perhaps because of some unknown concern, or perhaps simply because she was good at handling such matters,
Sarisa, the Dragonborn who had come from the completely annihilated Black Tide Hunter Fleet and was currently a temporary passenger aboard the Oath of Vengeance Blades, had no intention whatsoever of disembarking in the already bustling port.
Instead, she had taken the initiative to ask Lorraine and the others to let her stay aboard.
Naturally, they did not refuse.
As for the remaining three—Xia Nan, the Halfling Alton, and the Spotted Catman Sasha—Lorraine assigned them the task of gathering intelligence. They disembarked to collect information about the feast.
