It'll be going premium tomorrow!
First of all, the people I'm most grateful to are, of course, all of you who have read this far.
Without your comments, continued reading, and monthly tickets, I absolutely, absolutely could not have kept going until now.
So, once again, I sincerely, genuinely, and solemnly thank you all.
Thank you to my editor, Chen Xiang, for giving me a lot of useful advice on the plot and setting.
To be honest, so far, this book has performed the best out of everything I've written, and I treasure it very much.
I've carefully thought over every stretch of the plot, even weighed every word and sentence, advancing steadily and slowly, terrified that some toxic point would pop up somewhere and I'd accidentally write the whole thing into a collapse.
Looking at it now, although there are still plenty of flaws, it can at least be said to have smoothed out.
Earlier, I saw a lot of readers in the comments guessing whether I was someone's alternate account, or some "extraterritorial heavenly demon."
I have indeed written two books before, but their results were both pretty average. In comparison, that account seems more like my alternate account instead, haha.
And after writing these past few years, although my results have been a flop, I can at least say I've gained that tiny, insignificant bit of experience.
It's the same conclusion as one reached by an author I especially like:
"Keep writing. Don't stop."
No matter what the results are like afterward—keep writing!
No matter how many bad reviews there are, or whether I got my defenses broken again today—keep writing!
No matter how badly I get stuck, even if I have to squeeze my brains out—keep writing!
Write, write, write. Don't stop.
I hope I can
