Instead, the three of them had been reduced to Yin Souls and vicious ghosts beneath Taishang Laojun's heavenly lightning before being cast into the underworld.

To undergo reincarnation was indeed an immense humiliation for the Western Buddhist Sect.

But at the very least, the primordial spirits of Arhat Subduing Dragon, Arhat Subduing Tiger, and Arhat Longbrow had been preserved.

As long as they cultivated diligently among the human race and accumulated merit, they could return to the Buddhist Sect according to their own Buddhist nature.

No matter what, this was still a tribulation for them.

And within that tribulation, it could also be considered a blessing.

If they did good deeds and cultivated after reincarnation, they could still attain fruition in the end.
