From every group of one hundred, fifty would be selected, while the remaining fifty would be eliminated.
Once only fifty remained, they would enter the second round, competing round after round.
In the end, the top ten would be chosen to compete for first place.
Those who made it into the top ten would receive a Formation Master badge and a formation plaque.
With that formation plaque, one's skill and status would be recognized, making one an acknowledged Formation Master.
