Dark Archangel

"Grand Zeno..." Vados looked somewhat disheveled, and her voice was weak. Upon seeing Grand Zeno arrive, she quickly came before him.

"Mm—" Grand Zeno's childish voice drew out. Seeing how badly injured Vados was, he jumped down from his throne, tilted his head, and asked, "Eh, you were badly hurt. That's not good. It must hurt a lot."

Vados froze for a moment before replying, "Thank you for your concern, Grand Zeno." Then she stood behind him.

The two guards, as slender as bamboo poles, glanced at Vados and pointed a finger at her. A surge of abundant energy flowed into her, temporarily suppressing her injuries.

"Thank you," Vados said softly.

The guards shook their heads without speaking. No matter what, nothing could happen to the Grand Minister's daughter.

Turning toward the Dark Angels, Grand Zeno walked toward them as though on level ground. The two guards followed closely behind, protecting him at his side.

"Hey, are you the Dark Angel the Grand Minister mentioned? Why do you want to destroy the world? Isn't this world nice?" Grand Zeno blinked, his voice slightly innocent and naive. He could not understand the Dark Angel's actions.

The Dark Angel Badis clicked his tongue disdainfully. "So you're just an incompetent king. You're far inferior to His Highness the East King."

"East King... what's that?"

"Can you tell me?"

Curiosity appeared in Grand Zeno's eyes.

"Grand Zeno, please deal with this Dark Angel as soon as possible. The other universes still need you to save them." Seeing that Grand Zeno did not seem in a hurry to act, Vados grew anxious and hurriedly tried to persuade him.
