With a fierce cry, Black Shadow charged in from behind and launched an utterly shameless sneak attack, kicking at the target's lower back.

Caught off guard, Samael only had time to twist halfway around before two thighs rapidly filled his vision.

"Bang!"

The sneak attacker's flying kick missed by a hair. She landed squarely on Samael's waist, directly tackling him to the ground.

Amid the swirling dust, amber eyes met pitch-black vertical pupils. The two, one above and one below, stared at each other.

"Leopard?"

"Samael!"

It seemed neither of them quite believed it.
