What did a seventh-tier Star-Seeded Soldier even mean?

This thing theoretically possessed nine stages of life forms. Of course, theories were unreliable. Humans were theoretically supposed to live to be 100 to 175 years old, yet plenty died young.

But in reality, constrained by the laws and aether density of the planet beneath their feet, a Star-Seeded Soldier could only grow to the seventh tier at most.

In other words, this thing was nearly invincible on Earth. The Creator Gods of the Norse, Greek, Maya, Mesopotamian, Indian, and other pantheons were no match for this monster!
