In an instant, the sky seemed to have been corroded into a vast black hole. As the demonic patterns resonated, all the ether in Britain formed a tangible black tide and surged madly toward that dark vortex.
Wherever the black tide passed, plants withered, the earth turned to sand, animals grew restless, and the vitality and liveliness of all things were swallowed by that gaping maw seemingly opened from the abyss.
