"It wasn't that the teacher changed after every class. One teacher would lead a group of students," Kitahara Kaede explained.
No matter where it was, teachers could not be replaced so casually.

The Sand Village may not have any Order Users, but its relationship with Konoha is good. Wouldn't sending one of you over solve the problem?" Ōnoki asked curiously.
"How else would you promote understanding between different ninja villages? The bonds between classmates are important. This is also an opportunity for people from different villages to understand one another. Peace maintained through pressure will inevitably backfire, so mutual understanding is necessary," Kitahara Kaede said.

"I understand. Leave this group to A. It won't delay us from giving the ninja of our own villages extra instruction anyway," Ōnoki said with a sigh.
Every time he spoke with Kitahara Kaede, he felt as though he was falling behind the times.
He had spent most of his time in space fighting, leaving him with little chance to think about such matters.
But now that he had returned to the ninja world, he instead had spare time to let his thoughts wander.
