Krillin's expression suddenly changed. You should say, "During your patrol, you encountered King Cold's subordinates. King Cold's subordinates are now waiting in the central oasis. They have ordered all subordinates of Dirt Clod Star to gather at the central oasis for important combat orders!"
Shaz was a bit confused by Krillin's words. All his people were being tricked into going to the central oasis? But his boss had a Battle Power of 10,000. Krillin would surely die then. Shaz's eyes darted around. "Is he testing me?"
Shaz immediately wailed loudly, "I would never dare lead my companions to the central oasis! I've never even met Lord Krillin!"
Krillin said impatiently, "Cut the crap. If you can't trick the other aliens to the central oasis, you'll lose your head!"
Shaz cowered and thought, "He's asking for it, so don't blame me." He verbally agreed to Krillin's demands.
Krillin gave Shadao a look. Shadao reluctantly stepped forward and released Shaz, still not understanding why he was being let go.
Krillin chuckled inwardly. "Isn't it just to put on a show in front of your millions of tribesmen? Otherwise, why would you be the leader? If you're not the leader, who will work for me?"
After those aliens departed, Krillin secretly teleported over and smoothly took the already mined ore. No one knew, how convenient. He'd just blame the aliens later. Haha, everyone would praise Krillin for defeating the invaders.
If Shadao knew what Krillin was thinking, he would definitely shout, "Lord Krillin, you are sooooo cunning!"
Shaz had already flown into the air, occasionally looking back at Krillin, afraid Krillin would suddenly blast him with Ki from behind. But it didn't make sense! If he wanted to kill me, he would have already. Realizing this, Shaz increased his flying speed.
As Shaz flew along the road, he suddenly showed a regretful expression. "I was so stupid, really. When Krillin first captured me, I actually thought about ending it all. Luckily, I didn't go through with it. Now, haven't I just escaped death?" Haha, Shaz laughed, feeling the joy of surviving a near-death experience.
"Prepare to depart!" Ian had already notified his tribesmen to prepare to head to the central oasis.
Krillin had calculated the travel capabilities of the Mudball Star Aliens. Their average Battle Power was around 30, and they should be able to travel at least 300 kilometers a day. They should reach the vicinity of the central oasis in about five days.
The army of 100,000 marched mightily towards the central oasis. Krillin flew in the sky for the last time, saying to the piles of ore behind him, "System, absorb."
"Ding, absorbed 10,000 Energy."
Krillin couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. Why so little? He remembered absorbing a single Perseus Stone on Earth gave him thousands of Energy.
"Because these are just rocks irradiated by Energy, not actual Perseus Stones. So, it's fortunate to get 10,000 Energy," the System quietly chimed in.
"What? So, I should be grateful for 10,000 Energy?" Krillin was speechless.
"Theoretically, yes," the System's annoying voice rang out again.
"Damn it, why didn't you say so earlier? If I had known, why would I have bothered? I could have just gone and absorbed it directly." System, shut down now! Seeing you annoys me!
"System has shut down!"
Krillin:...
On the fourth day of the journey...
Shadao shouted to his tribesmen below, "Hold on a little longer, we'll be there in one more day!"
Hearing Shadao's words, the Mudball Star people gained renewed strength, as if victory was within reach.
Shadao landed on the ground and walked towards Avila, asking with concern, "How are you? Can Avila keep up? Do you want your brother to give you a ride?"
Avila's face turned slightly red, and her voice was as faint as a mosquito's. "Brother Shadao, you've asked for the fourth time!"
Shadao heard this and awkwardly touched his head. It was true; he had asked once every day since they departed. Once, while he was asking Avila, he happened to run into Ian, which scared Shadao into scrambling away.
Avila put on a brave expression and whispered again, "I can do it. If so many of our tribesmen can endure, I can too!"
Shadao wanted to say more, but suddenly heard Ian cough again. He hurriedly said, "Avila, I have to go. I'll come again tomorrow!" With that, Shadao flew away.
Avila watched Shadao hastily flee and couldn't help but smile. "But we'll arrive tomorrow!" A hint of disappointment flickered across Avila's face. It was all her father's fault for showing up again at the right time.
Ian looked at his daughter's expression, smiled, and shook his head before leaving.
Two days ago...
Shaz's face lit up as he approached Zone 1 of the slave district. He would soon see his boss and demand revenge.
As Shaz approached the security zone of Zone 1, an alien suddenly appeared, pointing a cannon at Shaz and asking, "Who goes there?"
"Are you blind!" Shaz immediately berated him loudly.
The alien's expression immediately turned fawning. "So it's Lord Shaz! Your subordinate greets Lord Shaz!"
Shaz was somewhat satisfied with the alien's performance and then asked, "Is Boss Rick here?"
"Yes, Boss Rick is in the base." The alien's spirits lifted when Rick was mentioned. After all, he was one of Lord Rick's lackeys, and among the lackeys, he was one of the faster runners. Clearly, he was one of the faster lackeys.
Shaz ignored him and flew directly towards Rick.
"Yes, Lord Shaviza, I will definitely deliver the ore to headquarters this year." Rick said anxiously.
A sinister voice came from the other end of the line. "If you don't deliver it, you'll have no value."
"Yes, your subordinate will deliver it!" Rick wiped the cold sweat from his forehead and realized the call had ended.
Lord Shaviza was the captain of the mecha unit, the top general under King Cooler. Rick's heart pounded every time he spoke with Shaviza; one wrong move and he was finished.
"Lord Rick!" Shaz approached with a crying voice.
Rick was somewhat surprised to see Shaz. "Why are you here? Why aren't you in mining zone five? If anything goes wrong in mining zone five, I won't be able to complete my task this year!"
"What?" Rick's eyes widened with rage. If mining zone five had really encountered trouble, his task for the year would definitely not be completed. Rick thought of Lord Shaviza and shuddered instantly.
He quickly grabbed Shaz and pressed him further, "Then where are they?"
"They fled to the central oasis," Shaz replied truthfully.
Rick's heart relaxed upon hearing they had fled to the central oasis. "Good, they still can't escape my grasp. It seems the suppression a hundred years ago wasn't brutal enough." A more chilling smile spread across Rick's face at this thought.
"What's their highest Battle Power?"
"Probably around ten thousand!" Shaz, thinking Krillin's Battle Power was only three to four thousand, deliberately exaggerated and said ten thousand.
Rick clearly didn't believe it and quickly took out his scanner to check. However, he only detected Shadao's Battle Power at 900, and no one with the ten thousand Battle Power Shaz had mentioned.
But Shaz wouldn't dare lie to him. Rick hesitated. How much Battle Power did the person Shaz mentioned actually have? He had seen individuals under the King of Dirt Clod Star with Battle Power exceeding twenty thousand. Should he gather all the Aliens?
Rick pondered for a moment. After all, his life was important. He commanded Shaz, "Gather all main forces and surround and annihilate the central oasis."
