The members of Scar's team supported one another as they looked at their captain.
Scar checked his injuries, then nodded.
The group supported each other as they headed into the green forest. They seemed familiar with every direction, moving forward with a clear purpose.
"Scar did it on purpose. He stopped on this plant-covered planet to find herbs and treat his team's injuries." Krillin immediately saw through Scar's plan.
Scar looked at Krillin somewhat sheepishly and gave an awkward smile.
I was just thinking of giving them Senzu Beans. Looks like I can save them... No, wait! How can I earn their trust if I don't give them any Senzu Beans? Krillin thought, scratching his head in distress.
Scar walked ahead, and before long, they spotted a small green wooden hut. As for the hut's appearance... well, it was quite something.
This seemed to be the place where Scar usually stopped to resupply.
"Please come in, Krillin," Scar invited.
Krillin slowly walked inside and casually found an unidentified green plant to sit on.
When Scar saw Krillin sit down, he slowly lowered himself as well.
"Hiss..." Scar sucked in a breath. The movement tugged at the wound on his waist, and beads of sweat instantly covered his face as his expression twisted in pain.
Seeing this, Krillin cried out inwardly, Perfect opportunity!
A shriveled bean shot toward Scar. His eyes flashed, and he caught it with ease.
Scar looked at the shriveled bean in his hand, puzzled. What was Krillin doing?
"Eat it. It'll heal your injuries immediately," Krillin said mysteriously, like a salesman pitching his wares.
Scar hesitated, but he still brought the bean to his mouth.
Crunch, crunch, gulp!
Scar stared blankly at his injured arm and muttered, "So... so amazing!"
Just as Krillin had expected, Scar's favorable
