In the space where a being known as a god had vanished into the river of history, dissolving into particles of light, a broken feather radiating an exceptionally pure white glow slowly drifted down and hovered before Noah.
Staring at the incomplete sacred feather, Noah was utterly dumbfounded. As if he could not quite believe it, he even reached a hand toward it.
"Buzz—!"
The next moment, the incomplete feather, visible only to Noah, trembled and drifted toward his outstretched hand without hesitation, like a bird returning to its nest. It landed lightly in his palm.
