The moment Noah and the others emerged from the library, they saw all the wizards of Fairy Tail cheering and jumping about as though they were holding a celebration.
The sheer liveliness of it startled both Lucy and Wendy.
Of course, if Fairy Tail's enthusiasm had merely startled Lucy and Wendy, then when they saw what lay outside the guild doors, they were genuinely dumbfounded.
Before them stretched a massive passageway that disappeared beyond the limits of their sight.
Using the guild entrance as its dividing line, it split Magnolia's countless buildings apart to either side, erecting two thick walls to protect every building along the way and creating an enormous passage through the middle.
The passage extended all the way from outside Magnolia to the doors of the Fairy Tail guild, making the entire city look as though it had been split open. The sight was immensely shocking.
"Th-This, this, this, this, this..."
Lucy and Wendy both trembled as they pointed at the enormous passage outside the guild doors. Their minds were in complete disarray, and for a moment, they could not even speak properly.
Noah smiled knowingly at the sight of Lucy and Wendy.
Back when Noah had first seen this scene, he too had been stunned by the sight before him.
After all, seeing an entire city seemingly transformed into a puzzle that could be freely separated and rearranged was indeed incredibly shocking.
And all of this was because of one man.
