In the sky, the sound of enormous dragons beating their wings echoed clearly through the surroundings without end.
Within the blazing sea of fire, Future Rogue stared at Noah, who had suddenly appeared without any warning, and clicked his tongue.
"So you came after all, Noah Dreyar!"
Noah ignored Future Rogue. He first glanced at Emerald, who was slumped on the ground behind him and had yet to recover from the shock of being used, before looking down at his arms.
There, Yukino lay in Noah's embrace, still pale with fright. She stared at the massive flock of dragons in the sky, unable to regain her senses for a long while.
Clearly, Yukino had never imagined that the so-called ten thousand dragons had emerged from the time gate known as Eclipse, crossing over from an era four hundred years ago into this world.
Looking at Yukino like that, Noah spoke softly.
"Where's Future Lucy?"
"L-Lord Noah?" Only then did Yukino come back to herself and answer truthfully.
"F-Future Lady Lucy isn't with me. While we were guarding Eclipse, we learned that Lady Lucy had been detained by the kingdom, so Future Lady Lucy went to rescue her."
"Is that so?" Noah nodded calmly, helped Yukino up from his arms, and shielded her behind him as he looked straight ahead.
"In that case, Yukino, take that princess over there and leave this place. Find the guild members and move with them."
"T-Then what about you, Lord Noah?" Yukino hurriedly asked.
