Noah, Ren, Leora, and Luminaris, the four ace champions, stood some distance apart, watching one another.
Noah and Ren even exchanged a glance, both able to see the helplessness in each other's eyes.
"I didn't expect to run into Leora on the last day." Noah shrugged.
"That girl has been keeping her eye on me all this time. She'll probably come straight for me later, right?"
"My situation is the same. Luminaris will probably come after me too." Ren smiled faintly.
"Still, her timing is perfect."
With Leora's and Luminaris's Magic Stones, Noah would have eleven Magic Stones in total. His championship would be guaranteed.
With less than three hours remaining in the competition, being able to encounter opponents was practically heaven smiling on them.
Even if Noah and Ren were the ones being targeted.
