There was a reason Rizevim was called a Transcender.
Rizevim's lack of strength was only from Noah's perspective, and in comparison to those two outrageous beings, Sirzechs and Ajuka.
In truth, from an objective standpoint, Rizevim was absolutely worthy of the title Transcender.
First of all, Rizevim was the son of Demon King Lucifer and Lilith, the Mother of Demons. His bloodline had already surpassed the bounds of demons, and he even possessed the highest rank of demon wings: twelve wings. He could be called the pinnacle of demonkind.
Second, although Rizevim was far inferior to Sirzechs and Ajuka in strength, he had still surpassed the Demon King class. Even Azazel might not have been his match.
Therefore, whether in terms of bloodline or strength, Rizevim was worthy of the name Transcender.
Most importantly, all those known as Transcenders possessed extraordinary powers that demons could not possess.
Sirzechs and Ajuka displayed this through their absolute strength.
Rizevim, however, displayed it through his ability.
