The end of the month is here!
Ru Qing had come rolling back to beg for Moon Tickets again!
If I didn't ask for Moon Tickets now, never mind the Category Chart—we were about to fall out of the top one hundred on the Overall Chart!
I had no idea what was going on this month. We were clearly still in the top ten on the Category Moon Ticket Chart, yet on the Overall Chart, we were about to drop out of the top hundred!
In the past, if we ranked in the top ten on the Category Moon Ticket Chart, we would at least be around seventieth or eightieth place on the Overall Chart.
But this month, we were actually about to fall out of the top hundred. What the hell was going on?
Could it be that there were just that many good books now?
Then why were people always complaining about having nothing to read?
Watching myself get blasted all the way down from thirtieth place at the start of the month to beyond one hundred... that feeling was just fantastic. If not for the Category Chart still holding steady in the top ten, I really would have smashed my head into a wall.
And even on the Category Moon Ticket Chart, I was about to get overtaken now!
Every month-end was this nerve-racking state of almost getting overtaken but not quite. Did it have to be this exciting every single time?!
And now it was summer vacation, with all sorts of elementary school kids being let out of school, making my life utterly miserable.
