The instant the roar rang out, Ais's body tensed. Watching the huge shadow shoot toward her like a meteor, surprise flashed through her eyes, but she immediately moved like a nimble butterfly, tapping her toes against the ground and retreating in a flash.
"Whoosh—!"
The massive shadow, carrying a piercing whistle through the air, arrived almost the instant Ais leaped back and crashed heavily into the ground like a meteor.
"Boom—!"
A deafening explosion-like crash rang out.
The sudden heavy blow shattered the ground, kicking up a violent shockwave and clouds of flying dust.
"Uwaaaaaah—!"
The nearby onlookers were immediately caught up in it. Amid miserable cries, they were swallowed by the violent shockwave and flying dust, sent bouncing away like balls and crashing one after another into the surrounding stalls and buildings.
