Inside Kuoh Academy's school building, a group of teachers, as though they had received someone's instructions, soothed the students who had arrived at Kuoh Academy only to panic because of the explosion near the student council. They methodically arranged everything.

As the situation gradually stabilized, Noah, Rias, Akeno Himejima, Koneko, and Asia ignored the teachers' instructions around them, rushed into the school building, and sprinted toward the student council.

Before long, a room whose door had been blown away came into Noah's group's view.
