Even if a Servant did not originally have such abilities, as long as they became a Servant of that class in the Holy Grail War, they would be granted the designated skills.

Personal Skills, on the other hand, referred to skills a Servant originally possessed.

For instance, Rider's Mystic Eyes were an ability she possessed herself. They were skills no one else had, ones she had displayed countless times even during her lifetime.
